General Information
Instruction for oral presentation
Please carefully read the following guidelines for oral presentation.
1. Preparation and Submission
- Please prepare your presentation in both PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) and PDF formats.
Save your files in a USB flash drive or external hard drive.
- Scan your device and files for viruses or malware before arrival.
- Submit your files to conference staff at the registration desk for uploading.
- Bring your USB/external drive during registration so files can be saved to the appropriate symposium folder.
- If you prefer to use your own laptop, please inform the organizers in advance.
- Please submit your files at least 2 hours before your presentation to allow sufficient time for uploading and checking for compatibility.
2. Session Preparation
- Please arrive at the session room at least 20 minutes before the session starts.
- Familiarize yourself with the equipment, and seating arrangements.
- Meet the session chair/moderator.
- Please take your seat in the front row at least 10 minutes before your talk.
3. Audiovisual Equipment: Each presentation room is equipped with
- A laptop with Microsoft Office
- Single-screen projection system
- HDMI connection
- Laser pointer
4. Time Allocation: Please strictly follow the allocated presentation times
- Plenary Speaker: 45 minutes (40 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
- Keynote Speaker: 30 minutes (25 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
- Invited Speaker: 20 minutes (17 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
- Session Speaker: 15 minutes (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
A staff member will notify you with “3 minutes remaining” card and “Time’s up” card
To ensure smooth session flow, please adhere strictly to your allocated time.
5. Technical Note
- Please use standard fonts such as Arial or Calibri to ensure proper display across all systems.
Instruction for poster presentation
Please carefully read the following guidelines for poster presentation.
- Posters must be prepared in English and should not exceed A0 portrait format (84.1 × 118.9 cm) displayed in portrait layout.
- Presenters are responsible for printing, mounting, and removing their posters.
- Poster board/double-sided tape will be provided in the poster presentation session area.
- Please display your poster on the assigned board according to your abstract ID.
- Authors are requested to stand by their posters during the assigned poster session to present and discuss their work with participants and judges.
- The conference has scheduled two poster presentation sessions:
- o June 29, 2026 (17:00-19:30)
- o June 30, 2026 (17:00-18:00)
- Posters should be mounted before June 29, 2026 (12:00) and removed after June 30, 2026, 20:00).
- Presenters are required to participate in both sessions. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from submitting full manuscripts.
